In order to confirm your booking, we ask that you make a deposit of

The booking is only valid when your deposit has been received and confirmed by us.
- Cribs can be put in your apartment of inquiry
- Pets are not permitted
- Check-In: apartments are available for check-in after 4 p.m.
- Check-Out: by no later than 9:30 a.m. on your departure day
- In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, or if you should have fewer guests occupying the apartment than stated in your original booking, please be aware that we will be obliged to charge you the full price.
- Cancellation Penalties: There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival; in all other instances, we will retain your deposit.
- Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations apply in all other instances.
