Our house is situated against a quiet hillside near the town centre (approx. a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kaprun). The amazing view over the picturesque town of Kaprun and its surrounding mountains as well as the year-round skiing area on the glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn make our location exceptional. Nearby, you will find restaurants, pizzerias and many shopping facilities.

The Maiskogel skiing area can be reached with a short walk and from there you can take the brand-new, modern cable cars directly up to the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer, our local mountain, the Maiskogel, is the perfect starting point for relaxing mountain hikes or a hike to one of the many mountain pastures.
